Nicoleta Bortan: Vice President

Ms. Bortan provides support within all aspects of the deal process. Prior to joining the company, she was with Training the Street, a leading provider of financial modeling and corporate valuation training courses based in New York. While there she served as a lead instructor, presenting seminars to financial institutions and business schools. Previously, Ms. Bortan served as Finance Strategy Manager with Veyance Technologies (formerly Goodyear Engineered Products) a Carlyle portfolio company. She began her career with KeyBanc Capital Markets in its Rotational Analyst Program, where she had the opportunity to work in various areas of the Institutional Bank, including the Technology Group, Debt Capital Markets and Commercial Real Estate in the company's Cleveland, Boston and Boca Raton markets.

Ms. Bortan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Major Certificate in Spanish from Ohio University.
