Nicholas J. Muzychak:
Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer

Mr. Muzychak has more than 13 years of real estate finance experience, which includes investment banking, commercial mortgage financing and real estate pension fund consulting. He founded Parkland Financial Advisors after managing the Credit Tenant Lease program at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he completed transactions for tenants that included Riverside Health System, United Health Services, Penn State University, Lee Memorial Health Systems, BJs Wholesale Club, Wakefern Food Corporation, Walgreen Co., Home Depot, International Flavors and Fragrances, TransAlta and the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He has also raised capital for direct private placements for Deloitte LLP, Providence Health System and Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital.

Mr. Muzychak received his masterÕs degree from Cleveland State University and bachelorÕs degree from Villanova University.
